Within 30 days of your purchase if you smoke one or two cigars and decide you don’t like them, return for a 100% refund including postage on your original order. If you smoke more than two cigars from the same bundle we’ll pro-rate the number returned and refund appropriately. If you purchase a non-tobacco item like a t-shirt or cap, and aren’t satisfied, please return within 14 days for a full refund. Product must be received in re-saleable condition unless the cause of your dissatisfaction is a manufacturer’s defect. Damaged or abused merchandise will not be accepted for return.
No Sales of Tobacco Products to Individuals Under 21 Years of Age
The Original Key West Cigar Factory doesn’t sell tobacco products to any person under the age of 21 – no way, no how! Customers are required to provide personal information, including date of birth and we reserve the right to verify that information prior to shipping. You may be asked to provide additional age verification information should our normal and customary verification practice be unable to validate information provide through our website. We will notify you via email should additional proof of age be required.
Additionally, if we are unable to verify your age prior to shipping, we require verification upon delivery at an additional, non-refundable cost to you of $3.25 and orders shipped will be returned if multiple delivery attempts are not provided with a valid and customary form of proof of age. Once verified, any personal information provided is not retained in our records, does not violate our Privacy Policy and will not be used for any other purpose other than as intended.
Credit Card Acceptance
Credit cards are accepted for payment of products and information provided is used only for that purpose. All credit card information accepted on this website is encrypted using industry-standard technology and there are security procedures in place to protect information we collect. The Original Key West Cigar Factory does not share this information with third-parties other than for credit card processing. Every reasonable effort is made to insure safeguarding of customer information.
Shipping Service
We want to ensure that your order arrives as promptly as possible and without sitting in a truck or shipping point over the weekend. To do that, we only ship on Monday and Wednesday each week and only via USPS Priority Mail which generally is a 3-5 mail days service to delivery. If you have a special request, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your need.(Please note at the time of Covid 19 crisis,delays in shipment have been experienced,and we expect delays will continue,furthermore at this time we cannot process expedited orders.)

Tobacco Shipments
We strictly adhere to tobacco shipment guidelines enforced by the United States Post Office and will not ship into States that have disallowed shipments of cigars. We do not sell vape products cigarettes, smokeless tobacco or pipe tobacco. We do not accept orders from outside of the United States.

Liability of the Original Key West Cigar Factory, its officers, employees and suppliers is limited to a refund of the purchase price of any item purchased. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind including, and without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of or damage to property, loss of income and claims of third parties.
